Can I make an order without creating an account?

Yes, simply enter your e-mail on the checkout page. This will not create an account for you, it will simply allow us to stay in touch with you for your order. However, creating an account will make your orders and account management easier, in addition to saving your wishlist on your account so that you can access it on any device, sharing your wishlist, saving your addresses and processing any requests more easily.

Is it possible to order through the Customer Service?

No, we only accept orders on our website.

How do I use my voucher?

You can use your voucher by entering your voucher code on the Gift Card or discount code box at the checkout.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

What if an item is out of stock?

We keep restocking the items depending on the item style and season, you can simply click on Notify Me when available and we will let you know once the item is available.

I have a missing item in my order. What do I do?

What if my item is damaged or defected?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

For some international shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country depending on the duty and tax laws for that country. You may contact your local customs to find out. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What delivery options are available?

You may select from below shipping options at checkout. 

Shipping Option/Estimated Delivery Time

Express: 4 to 6 business days 

Standard : 14 to 18 business days 

What do I need to present at the time of delivery?

You can present a document that has your name and your ID on it with you at the time of delivery (national ID card, passport, driving licence, etc.)

How can I change my order’s delivery address?

My order was delivered to the wrong address

How long does it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within three business days on top of the estimated courier delivery time displayed at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard American Express and Apple Pay. 

Are my card details secure for online payments?

Your card information is not stored and is handled over SSL encryption. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). 

Why has my payment failed?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 7 days from date of your purchase to request to issue a refund and return your item. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase. 

How do I return my order?

To return an item, please email customer service at team@mapyourmirror.com and we will provide you with return shipping address and further instructions. 

Do returns cost anything?

Map Your Mirror is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Every shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place. We only refund shipping costs if the item is physically damaged during shipping.

We strongly recommend to use a trackable shipping service. 

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take at least one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Can I return multiple orders at the same time?

Can I exchange an item instead of return?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order. 

How do you refund an item purchased with store credit?

How do I long into my account?

You will find My Account icon on the top right corner of the website. Click on the icon then select Sign In. Enter your username and password then click on Log In.

How do I edit my details?

You can edit your details on the View Addresses page under My Account.

Where can I see my addresses?

Visit My Account then select View Addresses.

I forgot my password

To create a new password, click on “Lost your password?” link on the log-in page, enter your e-mail then press Submit. We will send you an e-mail with instructions to update your password.

How can I place a wholesale order?

Please e-mail us on team@mapyourmirror.com, specifying which country you would like the products to be sold and a rough estimate of how many units you would be interested in. Our team will then review your requirement and send you an offer.
